
Tea Refunds
At theTea Centre we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.
If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us immediately to report the matter, quoting your customer invoice number. Our policy requires you to return the tea or product in its orginal packaging, for examination and testing. If the tea or product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the tea or product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.
Repairs & Warranties
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty please contact us immediately to authorise a refund, replacement or repair.
Shipping (Australia Only).
Freight is by Australia Air Express and payable by the customer unless the customer is eligable for a special offer.
If no one is home to recive the parcel, you will get a card in your mailbox for pickup point, mostly at your local post office.
All orders over $ 100.00 has free postage.
